Miranda Brandt is an author/poet who started writing at the age of 10 as a way of escape. She spent 14 years in the charismatic denomination, where she dedicated her time to studying and teaching the bible, as well as attempting to live the try-hard life of religion. All of that changed in 2022 when the Lord lead her out and away from the church. It was then that she discovered the true freedom and healing that she had been seeking in Christ alone. This two year journey was chronicled in her book “The Deconstruction Diaries: Leaving Religion, Finding Jesus.” She also hosts a YouTube podcast called “Unveiled.”

 

 

Miranda is fiery, friendly, social and outgoing, a self-described nerd who has a penchant for word etymology.  She loves music of all kinds but her personal favorite is the 90's techno/industrial/gothic era.  She loves coffee, reading, antiques (especially typewriters and lamps), classic architecture, sunshine and warm days, but her main passions are writing and Jesus.
